ATS has created for an important laboratory the equipment for checking the dynamic lifting of the snow chains according to the UNI 11313 standard.
Equipment for dynamic adhesion / lifting tests of snow chains on treads for cars according to UNI 11313 described in paragraphs 5.4 and 6.2.2.
The movement of the wheel is obtained by means of an electric motor driven by an inverter with a tachometer dynamo for displaying the rotation speeds (0 ÷ 580 rpm).
The wheel holder shaft is equipped with a universal flange for locking the rims under test (diam. 500 ÷ 1200 mm).
The equipment is equipped with a manual dynamic chain lifting detection system for contact with a nylon roller and can be viewed via the dimension display with linear encoder.
